Mold Testing and Laboratory Sampling
Air and surface sampling performed when testing will answer a real question, with samples analyzed by an independent laboratory. [INSERT VERIFIED LABORATORY PARTNER]
Request TestingTypes of Sampling
The right method depends on what needs to be answered. We explain which approach we recommend and why before any samples are collected.
Air Sampling
Indoor air samples compared against an outdoor control sample to provide context about airborne spore conditions at the time of collection.
Surface Sampling
Tape lift or swab samples from a specific surface to help identify whether visible growth is mold and what type it may be.
Post-Remediation Verification
Inspection and appropriate sampling after cleanup to determine whether the defined clearance criteria have been met.
When Testing Is Not Necessary
If mold growth is already visible and the moisture source is identified, a laboratory result often does not change the recommended course of action. Paying for samples in that situation adds cost without adding clarity.
We will tell you when that is the case. Testing is a tool, not an automatic add-on.
