Indoor Air Quality Testing
Testing designed to provide more information about the conditions affecting the air inside a home or business: humidity, moisture, ventilation, and airborne particulates.
Request an EvaluationWhat We Look At

Relative humidity
Sustained indoor humidity is the single biggest driver of mold growth in Florida buildings.
HVAC and condensation
Oversized systems, blocked drain lines, and duct condensation create hidden moisture.
Airborne spore context
Indoor samples compared to outdoor controls to put results in perspective.
Ventilation and pressure
How air moves through the building, and where humid outdoor air is getting pulled in.
An Honest Note About Air Quality Testing
Indoor air quality results describe conditions at the time and place samples were taken. They are useful information, not a diagnosis, and they should be interpreted alongside what is physically observed in the building.
We do not make health claims. If you have health concerns, those questions belong with your physician. Our job is to document the building conditions clearly enough to be useful to everyone involved.
